Tonight I went with a meet up group to Aerial Arts: www.aerialartsrochester.com/. We used silks, hammocks and the bars to lift ourselves in the air, twist and hang. It was a lot of fun and a work out. You can take all kinds of classes there, have a birthday party there (age 4+), bachelorette/bachelor party, etc... I think if my nephew still lived in Rochester he would love to have a birthday party there.
